Once your trial ends, please speak with our team at platformsupport@arcadia.com and finalize your Enterprise contract for premium support, unlimited tariffs, and massive call volumes.
To ensure uninterrupted access to Signal, you can opt for our "Signal Self Service Plan," which is a monthly credit card plan. You'll be billed a prorated amount of $499 for the remainder of the current month, and then a full $499 at the start of each subsequent month until your Enterprise contract is complete.

This plan provides full access to both our Data Explorer web application and Signal APIs, which include our tariff and utility data and on-demand cost calculator. It also includes Unlimited Users so you can invite your whole team. The $499 per month includes an allocation of 25 unique tariffs and 2,500 calculations. Usage overages are charged at $12 per tariff and $0.12 per calculation.
To subscribe to this plan after the end of your trial, all you have to do is ensure your organization has a valid credit card on file with us. If you have already entered one (to get an API key), you are all set. No further action is needed. If you have not yet entered a credit card, you can add it via your subscriptions page in just a few clicks. When your trial ends, we will bill you the prorated portion of $499 for the remainder of the month. After that we bill you at the start of each month.
Our Signal Self Service plan is month-to-month and requires no long-term commitment. Once you have subscribed, you can cancel at any time by clicking on the cancel button. No phone calls. No jumping through hoops. No tricks to keep you paying. Your cancellation will go into effect at the end of the month in which you cancel, and you will continue to have access for the remainder of that month. If you have a volume discount overage charges for a month, that is billed at the end of that month. And at any time during the month you can see where your usage is by visiting your usage page which we update every night.
